The docking station has to act as a signal splitter if your laptop only has one external graphics port e.g. If your second display is not getting a signal then it's the docking station and/or the laptop capabilities. in the right pane you should have 'Choose NView mode' and it will give you the options for single, clone or dual.
You should see this option in the left pane.īoth LCDs should be shown.
