Homeworld remastered heavy cruiser

I had a bug where my destroyers would drift off because of the incoming asteroids, while my battlecruisers would fail to cruise past an asteroid field.

I have always used them throughout my classic HW1 playthroughs right up until the final mission, but this time around I stopped using them in larger scale battles, because they would get slaughtered regardless. In HW1 they could take a pounding, but here it's almost like strike craft.

Frigates are incredibly weak in armor.Even support frigates don't want to join any formation you create with other ships. Formations are borked and doesn't work properly.After beating it, here are some initial thoughts on this remaster (release version, un-patched) in terms of changes in design:
