To host anything now you need to apply and it can take some time to get a reply.
Sa-Matra has coded the best wasteland in arma2/arma3 however his code for arma2 was stolen from 404. I am one of the senior admins over at and King of the Hill - Hostiletakeover/Sa-Matra Version They are fixing ARMA3 to work with steam and plan on doing the same for A2 but A2 wont be done straight away. Gamespy is also shutting down soon and Arma2 wont have any server browser support for a while I believe. Arma 2 is dead the few servers that are left are all struggling.
